I’ve spent the last month in Nepal- and when I say it changed my life, I am not hesitating for one moment.

Usually when people travel the world and see what it is like within a different culture, it seems almost cliche’ to say that their life is changed and so on.

However, I believe my trip fractures cliches’. I know I have been living here for only one month, but when you truly immerse yourself in the culture, it is 100% a difference. The people and their colorful personalities+ warm hearts will change the way your perspective is at home. I’ve realized what is actually important- not my electronics or  how much money I have in the bank.

I have learned that the love you give is the only stepping stone to a genuinely happy life.

Nepal, and everyone who extended their love to me, will always be in my heart.

When it’s your last night alone with your boyfriend before leaving the country for a month

And all you want to do is cuddle and chat in bed

But he decides to roll the other way and go to sleep instead
